The hotel was inaugurated in 1923, is located in a historic fifteenth century "Palazzo Nepis Cilleni" ( Nepis Cilleni was an illustrious Assisi noble family) and was designed by the famous architect Galeazzo Alessi (1512-1572). The original architecture is intact; in fact, our guests can admire a Roman well dating back to the second century AD, on their way to the breakfast room.
The building has simple architectural lines and elements and the imprint of nobility noted as soon as you enter.

The hotel has 34 rooms and offers a unique atmosphere thanks to period furniture and frescoed ceilings. All rooms have private facilities, hair dryer, electric adapter, air conditioning and heating, safe, TV, telephone, mini bar and Wi-Fi. Rooms for disabled available.
Rooms for guests accompanied by their pets are available on request.

The restaurant "Gli Archi", with over 100 covers , offers an excellent cuisine, both Umbrian and International.
Every morning a delicious continental buffet style breakfast, including an assortment of homemade pastries, cheese, fruits, cereals, yogurt, juice, eggs, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, herbal teas, milk etc… is served at the restaurant.

In addition to the splendid restaurant the hotel offers two meeting rooms while larger conference rooms are available nearby (a few meters from hotel).
The first one can accommodate up to 150 persons. The second room, on the first floor, with ceilings dating back to the 18th century, can accommodate up to 25 persons. Ideal for small meetings or corporate events, the intimate meeting room is equipped with TV, DVD player, Stereo Hi Fi , flip charts and air conditioning. Free WIFI access.
